The Experience: Leads came in through venue-specific ads, landed on matching venue pages, booked a tour, and were then redirected back to the same page, creating a closed loop with no exposure to our other venues.

The Problem: This setup kept leads in a siloed funnel, leaving them unaware of the other venues in the Landmark portfolio.

The Solution: Instead of sending leads back to the main venue page after booking a tour, I created custom “More to Explore” pages highlighting other venue options. I started by analyzing reports to identify the most common venue combinations customers toured. From there, I built unique pages for each venue in the Landmark portfolio and linked them directly to our Venue Manager’s scheduling pages. Now, when a lead books a tour, they're redirected to a tailored page showcasing additional venues they might be interested in.

The Results: Lead multi-booking tours increased from 18% to 29% within the first month.
